Galaxies in Collision
When two galaxies collide, the stars that compose them usually do not. That’s because galaxies are mostly empty space and, however bright, stars only take up only a small amount of that space. During the slow, hundred million year collision, one galaxy can still rip the other apart gravitationally, and dust and gas common to both galaxies does collide.

I just did a ‘search by image’ of this photo of the tattoo my wife and I had done when we got married.
It’s all over the place now. When you search “wedding tattoo” it’s the first image that comes up. “Tattoos for couples,” “Love tattoo ideas…”
Not sure how I feel about that… Of all the images I’ve ever published online, I never expected this one to be so… out there. It’s not even a great photo!
